of the National Mortgage Lenders and Servicing Agents in our
area. Actual Listing Agent information is not available via
our website, but you may contact any local Real Estate Agent
for more information about any property you are interested
in purchasing.

Title Work
Resource Title has already completed preliminary title work
for the properties on our website and in many cases has cleared
the title of any issue. This will ensure a smooth and timely
closing. After you reach contract agreement with the Seller,
we look forward to working with you, your Realtor and Lender
to have a carefree closing.
Helpful Hints
Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or any
other legal entity should be prepared to provide copies of
the required documents from the Secretary of State, any power
of attorney's, annual minutes, authorized party documents,
or any other document required by our title insurance underwriter.
All parties signing will need to have proper identification.
Also, certified funds are required at close, a personal check,
or a check drawn on a business account is not acceptable.
Individuals who are married may need to have their spouse
sign closing documents as well. Please check with your lender,
and title company closer, processor, or escrow officer when
making your appointment to sign final documents.
When you are ready to downsize, rotate or sell off properties
in your portfolio bring your transactions to Resource Title.
While laws vary by state, almost all states allow for contract
negotiations that will allow you to pick your title and closing
company. If you have closed your transactions with Resource
Title and any of its underwriters, you may be entitled to
title insurance products and service discounts on the sale
of properties in your portfolio. Some of the discounts are
quite substantial. You also have the added benefit of working
with the people you trust.
